1. Research Use Only

All products sold by NorCal Peptide Research LLC ("NorCal Peptide Research," "we," "us") are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes by qualified researchers and institutions. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition. None of our product descriptions should be interpreted as a recommendation for human or animal use under any circumstance.

2. Buyer Certification

By placing an order, you certify that: you are 21 years of age or older; you are purchasing these products solely for legitimate laboratory or research purposes; you will not use, sell, or distribute these products for human or animal consumption; and you assume full legal responsibility for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction.

3. No Medical Claims

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. We do not provide dosing instructions, administration guidance, or any information intended to facilitate human or animal use of these compounds. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Product Testing and Certificates of Analysis

Each batch we sell is independently tested by a third-party laboratory prior to listing. Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA Library and correspond to the specific lot number indicated on the product packaging. While we take care to verify our products through independent testing, we make no warranty beyond the specific results reported in the corresponding Certificate of Analysis.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that we reasonably believe are intended for purposes inconsistent with these Terms of Sale.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold by NorCal Peptide Research, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Because these are lyophilized research materials intended for controlled laboratory storage and handling, we cannot verify the condition or storage of a product once it has left our facility. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind after an order has been placed or shipped, selection of an incorrect product, dosage, or quantity by the customer at checkout, or any issue arising after delivery related to storage, handling, or use of the product.

NorCal Peptide Research will provide a replacement or refund if the order arrives damaged in transit, the wrong product or dosage was shipped in error, the order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, or the order arrives with items missing from what was confirmed on the order receipt. Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the shipping carrier's tracking record.

To request a replacement or refund under these terms, contact us at contact@norcalpeptideresearch.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged product and shipping packaging. Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

NorCal Peptide Research LLC is not liable for any improper use of our products, including any use inconsistent with the research-use-only designation stated throughout this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from misuse of products sold through this site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
